TESTIMONIALS
Hi Ron, I received my video yesterday and watched it twice last night in its entirety. I just had to write to congratulate you on a fabulous video. I am so proud to be able to show family and friends who will not make the trip where we will be living. It really filled the need. I love the bending and folding tricks with the pictures. That helped keep it interesting and the music was toe tapping. I was tapping my foot and fingers and looked over at my wife, and she was doing the same thing. Great work, Ron....hope you sell a million of these. Bob Dietz

Hi, Ron - My daughter was serendipitously offered a pretty plum job here in
Santa Barbara that she couldn't say no to, so she will not be moving to Ajijic at
least for now. I sat down and watched the dvd anyway and now am regretful that she won't be moving there. Our family has spent time in Mexico, usually in the smaller towns north of Vallarta and never considered venturing inland - we're beach people. However, watching this dvd has caused me to reconsider my beach attachment. I loved your DVD and have put the Chapala area on the retirement list of possibilities...This captured all of the things I love about Mexico, the people, the colors, the flora and the skies. The downside could only be that the expat population will outgrow the shores of the lake and you'll loose that small town Mexican flavor - she said adding her name to the list of people who want to flock there!
Thanks for broadening my horizons!

The DVD was produced to provide each viewer with a comprehensive, entertaining look at Lake Chapala and to provide real answers to questions such as:
1. What does Lake Chapala really look like? Is it really pretty? Is it big lake?
2. What do the villages and streets really look like?
3. What do the homes and communities look like and how do they compare in price to the US or Canada?
4.Do they have modern stores and supermarkets or just mercados? Can I find and buy most everything I want
?
5. Is Lake Chapala scenic? Are there lots of trees and flowers?
6. What is there to do and what about the food, are there many good restaurants? How about churches?
7. What about the climate?
8.
How close are the beaches?
9. I'm used to mountains with lakes, streams, pine trees and meadows, is that what I should expect at Lake Chapala?
10. What about the people?
You'll not only hear answers to a lot of these questions but see real scenes, real people, real streets so that making an informed decision about actually planning a trip and coming to Lake Chapala or Ajijic will be an easy decision to make. The DVD tells the story with pictures, narration and Mexican Music of Lakeside, "The Way It Is".
The Pictures In Motion feature of the DVD provides a sense of viewing a motion picture presentation rather than an ordinary slide show. Unlike a motion picture presentation it allows time to view individual images and come away with
a more comprehensive understanding of what you are viewing.
A recent report was published, stating, that in the next 10 years, 10,000,000 baby boomers will retire in the US with at least 1,000,000 of those relocating to Mexico, many of those will choose Lake Chapala. Real Estate in Ajijic and along the Lake Chapala corridor continue to rise.
National Geographic has rated Ajijic Lake Chapala, Jalisco Mexico as the 2nd best climate in the world.
